Born and bred on a farm in Marshall County, WV, Patrick Fisher grew up raising pork, beef, and lamb. Patrick proudly served 6 years in the United States Army, and became a combat veteran of the war in Afghanistan. He later enrolled into West Liberty University College of Business and created Mason Dixon Barbecue Company. Patrick is a student entrepreneur smoking his own brand of barbecue products. MDB brings the taste of the Mason Dixon region to your front door.

The grand opening of Mason Dixon Barbecue Co. at their brick-and-mortar location at Grand Vue Park! The restaurant, located inside the Grand Vue Park gift shop, will be operating from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. If you're visiting the park, be sure to grab a serving of the best-tasting and nicest-looking barbecue there is.
